Blair Studios builds custom AI-powered tools that connect disconnected systems, turning data into dashboards, automating workflows, and shipping real products. Founded and built by Jeanine Blair, a senior product & operations leader with three decades in the trenches.
Need disconnected systems connected, a manual process automated, or a dashboard that finally shows the whole picture? That's the work.

See her background →An AI web app that separates any song into six clean stems: vocals, drums, bass, guitar, piano, and more. Full stack architected and migrated solo.
Imports video, transcribes it, extracts metadata, and publishes at scale, running the back office for a multi-channel YouTube creator.
A multi-store suite for a 9-unit franchise with live sales, rankings, checklists, and audits, replacing a paper-and-photo reporting process.
Shopify + Supabase + custom-app integrations powering live music-reaction queues, plus communication and game apps across production and prototype.
More in active development, including a new consumer product in early development. Ongoing paid maintenance and support across the production apps.
Self-taught the full AI stack in weeksStore managers wrote daily sales on a sticky note and texted a photo to their district manager. No visibility, no trends, no way for stores to see how they ranked, and audits living on paper.
A custom dashboard application across all nine stores: real-time sales, store-vs-store rankings, operational checklists, and digitized audits. One place to see and run the whole franchise.
Managers got decision-ready visibility and a reason to compete; audits moved off paper; and the franchise saw a roughly 30% year-over-year sales increase over the period.
Figures reflect outcomes over the engagement; time savings are estimated from per-manager reporting time. The dashboards supported the sales result alongside other operational factors.
A multi-channel YouTube creator handled every publishing step by hand, importing raw video, transcribing it, writing titles, descriptions, and metadata, and uploading across several channels. Every release was hours of repetitive work, and it didn't scale as the channels grew.
Content Creator Workflows, a back-office pipeline that runs the whole operation from one place. It ingests video, transcribes it automatically, generates and organizes metadata, and publishes across channels.
Hundreds of videos have moved through the pipeline across multiple channels, including a flagship with 100k+ subscribers, with the manual handling on each release cut to a fraction of what it was. The creator spends time on content, not logistics.
Content Creator Workflows is a private tool built for a single creator client; figures reflect that engagement.
Jeanine Blair spent nearly three decades at Cinemark, rising from the theater floor to Senior Director. She led product and product development, owning strategy and roadmaps and running the teams that built the systems. This past year she taught herself to build directly, shipping production software in code with AI-assisted development. She doesn't just recommend the tools. She builds with them.
Designs, builds, and ships production AI software end to end, strategy through deployed code, solo.
Owned product strategy and roadmap for in-theater systems across 300+ theaters; led two Product Owners and their teams. Drove Showtime Optimization, which replaced manual scheduling with attendance-forecasted, automated showtimes, driving market-share growth and multi-million-dollar revenue gains.
Continuous-improvement programs saving an estimated hundreds of thousands of hours and millions of dollars a year. First in the company to earn the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. As a CI effort, streamlined POS deployment to roll across the entire 300+ theater circuit in about four weeks, down from months. Led a rapid COVID response: reduced-occupancy seat maps, cleaning maps, and Private Watch Party booking.
Owned the product roadmap for the in-house POS platform; expanded it into a full dine-in system with handheld ordering, reaching parity with Aloha, Micros, and Toast. Co-led the IT product side of Cinemark Movie Club (1M+ subscribers). Drove the move to Agile.
Led the ground-up design, build, and initial rollout of a new in-house POS, owning the effort and the team. It went on to become one of the most stable POS platforms in the industry, a company-owned competitive advantage.
Five years in film buying and three in theater operations before moving into IT. The operational grounding behind everything since.
Have a system that won't talk to another, a manual process eating your week, or a dashboard you wish existed? Let's scope it.
