- First leader at the company to earn the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (2019), then built the practice into day-to-day operations.
- As a continuous-improvement effort, redesigned the POS deployment process so updates rolled across the entire 300+ theater circuit in about four weeks, down from a months-long timeline.
- When COVID shut theaters down, led a fast product and technology response to reopen safely and open new revenue: reduced-occupancy seat maps with automatic distancing buffers, “cleaning maps” tying seat-level data to sanitation between showings, and Private Watch Party booking.
Senior Product OwnerCinemark · 2010–2019 - Owned product strategy and the roadmap for the company's in-house point-of-sale platform.
- Expanded the POS into a full dine-in platform with handheld tableside ordering, replacing third-party dining software and reaching feature parity with Aloha, Micros, and Toast. The platform later drew acquisition interest from a major industry technology provider.
- Co-led the IT product side of Cinemark Movie Club, the first exhibitor-built subscription program in the U.S. (ahead of AMC's A-List), now over 1M subscribers.
